Gerard, I seem to recall the old Netscape used to have a similar problem. But it would merely warn you that the .lock file was present; it would still launch, though.

After a crash (power cycle), some people weren't able to launch firefox or thunderbird, it says: "firefox is already running..." I found a lock file and deleted it, but again, the same message. Then after restarting the last server, it worked! so i suppose that there is something in the profile that store information about the server or the process. Anybody has an idea? thanks in advance for help, gerard _______________________________________________ SunRay-Users mailing list [email protected] http://www.filibeto.org/mailman/listinfo/sunray-users _______________________________________________ SunRay-Users mailing list [email protected] http://www.filibeto.org/mailman/listinfo/sunray-users
