We are having trouble adding a secondary user directory to a running
installation with only one user directory configured.
The webadmin page shows an "Add" button which solicits configuration
information about an additional user directory. However, all we get for our
effort is an error message "Internal Error".
To see if we got better diagnostic data, we tried running .../vda directory-add
from the CLI, but all we get is the error shown below.
We really need to add another user directory for redundancy. It appears that
this is a supported capability, yet it does not work.
Please help!
