Hello everyone,
I just wanted to post a note to this maillist that we are very much
aware of the issues being discussed, I got folks in my team forwarding
the (valid) complaints to me and show that we have some very serious
issues we need to work out. I just signed up to the maillist and didn'
go through the archives but I wanted to send a note out to everyone here
that we are aware and are/will be doing everything we can to smoothen
out everything asap. That includes store, webpages etc.
I am very sorry for this and will do everything I can to work with the
right groups inside the company to deal with this.
