Hi all, Anyone set up the Mitel Unified IP Client?
I am getting an error message when setting up an association between the Sun Ray and the Mitel phone (see attached). We don't have anyone that has done this before in the UK as far as I know. It's not clear from the documentation whether the 'Station Token' is the Sun Ray or the Mitel phone, but when doing this association from the client device, it seems to pick up the Sun Ray MAC address, which makes sense - I don't know the Mitel kit at all, but it would appear that the Phone DN is stored in its database and has an association with the phone's MAC address. Any suggestions welcome... Thanks, Tim
