Effectively the UIPC tears down the utku session and recreates it in the background (that's why you'll see a login dialog if you move to a different DTU). I don't think you can stop it because it is a brand new session... Anyway isn't it a security issue to have a session still active on card removal... What if it's dropped in transit??
