The problem with the PDFs generated from the wiki docs is that they are incomplete. Everything is pointed to via links. So there are many sections of information that are not included.

The nice thing about the wiki is that people can point out errors or ask questions in the 'comments' section of each page, and corrections or clarifications can be published immediately.
