Dear All, We have recently insalled some new sunrays and im having the following difficulty
i have a sunray machine and need to connect to a HP1300 printer which is shared on a normal winXP pc I see the printer and can connect to the printer but when i try to install it gives an error saying the driver is not compatable contact the system administrator i have downloaded the correct version and verified for the printer but still same but I can install without any problem install a printer which is connected directly to the network I am a novice in this envirnoment so rally apprecite if someone could help me and advice regards simon -- Network ADMIN ------------- KUWAIT MUNICIPALITY: -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean.
