Try to run:
# /opt/SUWNuttsc/sbin/uttscadm -u
# /opt/SUNWuttsc/sbin/uttscadm -c
If that doesn't help, pleas show us the output of:
$ ls -l /opt/SUNWuttsc/lib/lib{crypto,ssl}*
$ ls -l {,/usr}/lib/lib{crypto,ssl}*
