In a Sun Ray environment, with a failover group of two servers running Sun Ray Server Software 5.1, with about 80 DTUs, every day about 2-3 DTUs will be found to have a (mostly) non-functioning keyboard. None of the letter keys work. However, the mouse, which is connected to the keyboard, works fine. We are using kiosk mode, connecting to a Windows 2008 R2 (RDS) desktop. The DTU can be power cycled, from the keyboard, using CTRL-Power(moon), and after that all the keys work. This does not happen on particular DTUs -- it could happen on any of them on a particular day. There is no correlation with Sun Ray server, DTU, or location. It is seemingly random. These are the standard keyboards that ship with the Sun Ray 2.

So what might be some first steps in troubleshooting?
