In a Sun Ray environment, with a failover group of two servers running
Sun Ray Server Software 5.1, with about 80 DTUs, every day about 2-3
DTUs will be found to have a (mostly) non-functioning keyboard. None
of the letter keys work. However, the mouse, which is connected to the
keyboard, works fine. We are using kiosk mode, connecting to a
Windows 2008 R2 (RDS) desktop. The DTU can be power cycled, from the
keyboard, using CTRL-Power(moon), and after that all the keys work.
This does not happen on particular DTUs -- it could happen on any of
them on a particular day. There is no correlation with Sun Ray server,
DTU, or location. It is seemingly random. These are the standard
keyboards that ship with the Sun Ray 2.
