I run SRSS 4.2 on RHEL 5 and I just can't get Skype running, anyone got
this working?
I get this with skype-dynamic:
/usr/local/binary/skype-2.2.0.25/skype: error while loading shared
libraries: libQtDBus.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory
I get this with skype-static:
/usr/local/binary/skype_static-2.2.0.25/skype: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6:
version `GLIBCXX_3.4.9' not found (required by
/usr/local/binary/skype_static-2.2.0.25/skype)
It is not really a Sun Ray question, but more of a limitation of the OS
that SRSS runs on, but I thought that someone on this list must've had the
same problem.
I've run in to sooo many limitations of RHEL the last year so I will
phase out RHEL this summer, cause I just can't take another year with
this (users complaining). Any suggestions? How is the Ubuntu support
coming along?
