What version of firmware is the Sun Ray running? There were a couple of mouse bugfixes in last year's patches. One was a fix for a Microsoft mouse. That bug wasn't reported on this specific model, but I wouldn't be surprised if it applied to newish MS mice in general. If the DTU is running current firmware then please open a support call.
