Anyone seen this ..... Sun Ray 3 Plus with GUI firmware GUI4.2_140993-06_2010.10.08.21.53
This unit has worked for several months, in fact, it worked earlier today. Now, for no apparent reason, it seems to not even recognize that a smartcard has been inserted! I've tried various cards with the same results. I tried the "failing" cards in different Sun Ray 3 Plus units and they work fine. I replaced the "failing" Sun Ray 3 Plus with a new one right out of the box with the same result. I have terminated the pseudo session, no joy. The utquery output seems normal for this site.
The messages file shows the pseudo session being created, then replaced by the smartcard session earlier today. Then it shows the smartcard being removed and the pseudo session reconnecting (hotdesk). All of which seems normal.
Any words of wisdom, RFTM's, etc appreciated as I am totally stumped on this one.
