Right click on the video, if you get a flash context menu, it's flash.

And yes, that's a silly question.

Full screen can be rough.  We only accelerate 1024x760

What I'm seeing is that youtube videos play pretty well in the small
format normally used by youtube, but if you try to play it full screen,
it's pretty rough. I've explained to management that this is probably as
good as it is going to get. Fullscreen being outside the range of what
the enhancements will accommodate (RTFM).

This is Windows 2003 Enterprise x64 and Windows 2003 Enterprise R2 x64
on some servers.
