Hi Jens,

this is easy going. Put this line in your /etc/fstab (size must not
given, but can help to limit /tmp's size):

tmpfs   /tmp    tmpfs   nosuid,mode=1777,size=6G   0       0

Then move the old /tmp away:

# mv /tmp /tmp.org

Mount the new tmp:

# mkdir /tmp
mount /tmp

Then move all files out of /tmp.org to /tmp

# mv /tmp.org/* /tmp.org/.??* /tmp

Finished.

Some websites suggest to add a mount option "nodev", but this is bad for
SRSS audio devices, as I've made the experience ;-)
