Ok, I'll take the easy one! You should use the webadmin Sessions tab to terminate user sessions. Just click on the session id, in your case I'm going to guess that will be the MAC of the DTU, then click Terminate.
An alternative is to use utsesssion -k -u <userid>. See the utsesssion manpage. Using ctrl+alt+bksp bksp (notice no DEL!) will work, but is rather heavy handed and pkill I would not recommend except in dire circumstances.
