Art, Check out a post under the subject " VDI 3.2.2/ SRS 5.1.2 DIsconnected DTU sessions". My issue was unicast packets causing spontaneous reboots on model 3 units. The network guy blocked unicast and the problem went away. I haven't tried upgrading the FW yet.

But this could be the key here. I have seen the same behaviour with some or even all DTUs resetting at once. Nothing to see in the logs, nothing changed in the network. This was fixed with a firmware update (5.2.1 afair). Actually, this was still happening with SR3s until the most recent (5.2.1) firmware. You could try the new firmware on just a few devices and see if the issue is still occurring for them if you don't want to update all DTUs right now. > What would be the expected SR2 DTU response to a fragmented packet?
