I have SR2's, SR2fs's, SR3's & SR3 Pluses all doing something similar. When user hotdesks, on reconnect random DTUs will get stuck at the Oracle logo (4.3 firmware) with the spinner stalled. I found yesterday that clearing the local configuration via stop+m menus gets them going again. I'll try STOP+C next. Frankly, I had forgotten about that combination.
Who thought hiding the OSD during boot up is a good idea? I had most of the users trained to report their MAC and OSD code, now I've got nothing. Not good. OK, yes, STOP+O brings it back temporarily but that's painful. Plan to open a service request as soon as MOS gets our software support CSI straightened out.
