The Wiki is gone, e.g the link http://wikis.sun.com/display/SRS5dot2/Sun+Ray+Client+Troubleshooting+Icons mentioned in the docu (Administrator Guide SRSS 5.2.3) does not exist anymore, which I have forward to my helpdesk in case of troubles.
