Unfortunately, I can't give any specific pointers or commands
at this moment, but the general idea would be to revise your
X11 (Xorg) configuration and dedicate an available X11 display
number to your system console, which would not overlap your
Sun Ray (or VNC, or other X11 server) display reservations.

Ideally you would offset the Sun Ray config to start from i.e.
display=10; otherwise if you've preset SRSS to provide for
25 DTUs (default) you can set your console to display number
30 or so...

Finally, you can try reordering your initscripts so that
local X11 starts before SRSS and grabs the display it uses ;)
