I manually do a [Stop] [A] to > expedite the process but a normal user would not do this. don't know the answer to this, BUT we are also suffering from lost connections, sometimes once a day, but sometimes also as frequently as every 5 minutes ... other devices using the same vpn box have no issues at all ... so rather than a faster re-connect, I would prefer for the SunRay not to loose the connection at all.
