The solution I found was simply to add the card config for each card type we
use, with utcard -a <specific config files.cfg> for each file.  I then
verified that each was listed in my card probe order.

The kicker about the whole thing is that JavaBadgeCAC-Oberthur_v5.5.cfg and
OpenPlatform.cfg were already on the list.

I saw a post from James Kissler regarding smart card authentication problems
but never saw the solution. I am having the same problem.
 
With my new install of 5.2.5 and the CAC inserted I can get a kiosk session
but I am never presented with a PIN login option.
 
Any ideas?
