if you have contract, download latest from MOS for sure. also, note while 
indeed you cant add patch with patchadd, the SRSS patch bundled inside the 
package can be installed manually - it has only 2 files to be copied into place 
(in reloc tree). if you dont feel comfortable messing with it, you can leave it 
and hope the s11 native SRSS will be out soon enough;)
