For versions below 3.4 it will not work.
When adding the NexentaStore storage, VDI complains about missing
packages for iscsi.
This is because the package names have changed with the new crossbow
network.
As for 3.4.1 i am not sure yet.

There might be some new ways to hook up other solutions as a storage device.
