I assume you are using a 3rd party load balancer for the Sunray Windows Connector then? Do you have the Sunray components installed on your Citrix servers? Do you have non sunray devices that connect to these same Citrix servers and do the Citrix HDX features still work for those. (Wyse, Windows fat clients, etc.)

We have now moved to the Sunray Windows Connector; Still with Published applications into that desktop.(2008R2). The reasons for the move were better Multimedia , USB, Session reconnect and Support.
