I just joined this list. I use SunRays for a secure network ops environment and have used them since about 2005/6, so far, so good.
However, I'm rather frustrated with the Oracle support website. I'm trying to work out how to obtain SRSS 11.0.x for a server replacement and to work with version 5.3 but I am unable to work out how to do it. I raised a support ticket and received an unreachable website ;-) Does anybody know how I get to the software in the my oracle support site?
