I placed a service call about this.
I could have sworn that the source for SUNWlibusbut was available in the
past.
Wouldn't a 64 bit SUNWlibusbut require also a 64bit uttsc?

Same here.
/usr/bin/lsusb is a 64 bits executable and
/opt/SUNWut/lib/libusbut.so.1 is a 32 bits library.
SUNWlibusbut doesn't provide a 64 bits version:
$ rpm -ql SUNWlibusbut
/opt/SUNWut/bin/utusbrun
/opt/SUNWut/lib/libusbut.so.1
By the way, is there any reason why 64 bits version of SRSS is mainly
32 bits ?
