What is the SRS connecting to? W2K3? W2K8? Is there a Session
Directory/Broker or a load balancer involved? A smart card?

Also, a dumb question: are you sure the extra 35 seconds aren't at least
partially due to actually logging in to Windows [vs connecting]?

Subject: EXT :[SunRay-Users] uttsc password

My apologies if this was posted before.
If I pass my password on the command line to uttsc, it seems to take about 40
secs
to connect to windows.  where passing no password is a quick 5
Any ideas to help speed this up?

Some people, when confronted with a problem, think "I know, I'll use Windows."
Now they have two problems.
