Hi Randy:
So far, I have evaluated 2 thin clients: 10ZiG and Wyse.
10ZiG is a Linux based thin client, but is primarily designed for
accessing Windows. You can ssh into Linux, but all of the management
software, etc. is for Windows.
Wyse is a Linux based thin client that is primarily designed for
accessing Linux servers via ssh, XDMCP, etc.
We want to access Linux servers so we are leaning towards Wyse.
Occasionally, we do need to use Windows and I have been using
VirtualBox for that (or dual booting my laptop).
But, we would like to go with Linux, and/or
open source, since we want to keep our options open (after
the SunRay EOL, we don't want to get locked in again).
I would very much appreciate other's experiences with these (or
other thin clients).
