In the Sun Ray Web Admin interface under Advanced->Kiosk Mode be sure that you select Sun Ray Connector for Windows and enter the server name in the Arguments field.
This assumes you already have a Windows server running Terminal services. Then under Token you will need to set the particular user token to use kiosk session.
