Hi, This is a long shot, but one possibility is that you have a problem with a physical switch. We have encountered a number of situations where a hung or failed port has blocked access for all Sunrays on a switch, and even on pools connected to other ethernet interfaces on the SRSS, due to issues with the way SRSS interacts with DHCP server, and in our case, our ipfilter settings. Sometimes the hung port has been caused by a single DTU dying. Generally rebooting the switch (and/or disconnecting the problem DTU) has cleared the problem for all DTUs. But to be fair I think mostly the status codes were 21 waiting for DHCP, and I have never seen the SRSS crash. Snooping the interface may help track down problem conversations.
