Hi,

This is a long shot, but one possibility is that you have a problem with a
physical switch. We have encountered a number of situations where a hung or
failed port has blocked access for all Sunrays on a switch, and even on pools
connected to other ethernet interfaces on the SRSS, due to issues with the way
SRSS interacts with DHCP server, and in our case, our ipfilter settings.
Sometimes the hung port has been caused by a single DTU dying. Generally
rebooting the switch (and/or disconnecting the problem DTU) has cleared the
problem for all DTUs. But to be fair I think mostly the status codes were 21
waiting for DHCP, and I have never seen the SRSS crash. Snooping the interface
may help track down problem conversations.

dear all,

we are using sunray 1 stations controled by srss 5.4 on sunfire v880 with
solaris 10.10. one day all sunrays has disconnect and hangs on 22D code.
utstart helps, but this situation repeats in a few days. no important changes
was made on our server and there is nothing interesting in?/var/opt/SUNWut/log
also utquery works properly all the time. are you expirienced with this kind of
problems or just have any idea where to look for solution?
