I'm not sure about any possible compilations that you might find it on, but
I can identify the track for you. It's by Twinhead, and is called either "U
said U," or "You said You." (I can't remember which as it's been a while
since I've heard it.) This is bound to be on some notable breakbeat
compilation. I just don't have any info on it. Good luck in your search,
