I don't wanna sound like I'm griping...
Actually, bugger it. Yes I do. It's part of what comes of living in the
land Gone Under and also part of trying to keep up with the rest of the
world anyway, so please bear with me during this momentary lapse of reason.

OK, here's the thing... it's hard enough being a Sunscreem fan in this
country (being Australia, folks, for those not in the know - a country a
glorious former Prime Minister of ours insightfully referred to as "The Arse
End of the Earth") without having
a) not much stuff being available from the band anyway; and
b) anything that does come out is released in the back of a box in some
alleyway shop in a city on the other side of the world.
I realize that the band themselves may not be actually responsible for a
great deal of their current predicament for whatever legal, ethical or
dietary reasons - but surely there's got to be some other way than to
acquire CDs (or even vinyl, apparently) from a friend of a friend of a
friend who happens to live in the same state as a solitary shop where
Sunscreem stuff is sold.
Well, that's it. It's off my chest. Now... if anyone does have a friend of
a friend who has access to the secret pile in the jungles of Djibouti where
any new Sunscreem (or Chiba or Infra Red or whoever they call themselves
this week) releases may be kept could they please get in contact with me at
the reply address? Thanks. :-)
