>There is an amazing rush that you get when Lucia sings out >"Looking at you..." and is pointing right at you, smiling, and winking (OK, >OK, so she did that too a bunch of the other boys too that night, but I >could really care less...) in my book, you are beyond new fan or old fan. you are now A Chosen One. ;-) new fan, old fan, whatever fan. you like the music or you don't, you buy the records or you don't, whatever! i've liked them since college i think (cd single of love u more always on heavy rotation with me,) - but there's nothing an "old" fan can tell you that a "new" fan can't about the music. i've managed to collect as much as is probably ever likely. does that make me old? (decidedly *yes* today, after a few pints too many last night, but that's another story.) frankly, i love hearing from people who have just discovered the music, how all happy-ravey they sound ... i still feel that way about ss. am i new or old? and it's comforting that people are still joining the list today, bringing new ideas and perspectives on the music. (even if they're all wrong, because you're newbies and know nothing.) ;-) -matt ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com ********************************************************* You are being sent this message because you are subscribed to the Sunscreem Mailing List.
