Neither pronunciation, since she has a Norwegian background. It's pronounced
Lu'see'a all in one sweep. Emphasis is on the first syllable.

OK, so last night my boyfriend and I were watching the movie "The Opposite
of Sex" (sidenote - great movie that had us laughing the entire way
through), and one of the characters has the name Lucia, which made me smile
as it's not a common name in the States and there is only one reason that I
knew of it. :-) Anyway, an ongoing joke of the movie was how her name was
