Jamie,
I have to agree about the coolness of insect noises, especially if the
added touch ups are in place.
Which is good, seeing how I now have a reptarium in my office/studio so any
mic sampling will probably be accompanied by the sound of crickets from now
on (which happen to be food for my lizards and frogs).

Hi,
Without going into too much detail about the level of laid back chic, that
Coda achieves - I just wanted to comment on how cool the 'squelchy insect
and jungle sounds' are. That one sample, or manufactured noise of what
sounds like a beetle or cricket at the start of the track, really sets the
mood for the style that SS achieve. I also have to say it,s one of the most
original tracks - as in a style and genre of it,s own, that I have heard in
quite a while. Adam was right about it being a creeper too - it took me
about 4 or 5 listenings before it started to get under my skin.
Can,t wait to extend that string section at the end - if this is the track
that is going to be used for the seperate midi file download???

later,
jamie k
