people are waiting for this info, here goes:
Columbus - CONFIRMED - Axis Nightclub (details as given earlier)

Chicago - LIKELY TO BE CANCELLED (but not 100%)
Also, about the vip pass stuff @ Axis. It has been agreed that people with the $40
pass will get entry and a signed copy of CoD (US edition). There will not be a (paid
for) reception to meet the band, but as with all their shows if you hang around and
express an interest there is every chance you will get to meet them. They just dont
want to be charging for something like that.
