This is, by far, the funniest exchange I've heard/read in a long time.
It also reminds me of my experience when I called Sony to find out how many copies of
O3 were sold in the US.
"I'm looking for information on a band that records on the Sony label."
"Okay, who"
"Sunscreem"
"Who?"
"Sunscreem"
"Hold on"
Anne holds patiently...
"Who did you want?"
"Sunscreem -- S U N S C R E E M"
"Never heard of them, they're not in our files. Can't help you."
Then got transferred 'round the Sony v-mail systems and left messages that I'm still
waiting to be returned. :)
