While not just an MP3 player, Virtual Turntables will allow you to use a playlist
where you can set the time gap - or overlap - between songs during play back. A
function called autoDJ will automatically play your tracks, starting the next track
before the
first one finishes.

In fact you could select just one song with a string or solo instrument intro- say
perhaps Perfect Motion rx by Jimmy Gomez - and let the one song plan on uninterrupted
for hours. :)

If you haven't already guessed by it's name, Virtual Turntables is set up like a
digital mixing board for MP3's. Complete with pitch control.
