I should start auto-posting this every month.. You can download the 
Screemillenium files from my FTP archive at:

Warning: Lots of people have trouble connecting to it. You can blame that on 
my ISP. If you keep trying you'll probably eventually connect. If you still 
can't get through, email me privately. I'll find another way to get them to 
you. Nobody should be without them.

I also serve them via Napster (as do many others), but you have to be lucky 
enough to log into the right Napster server. Napster has several servers, 
and you can only download from the people who are connected to the same 
server that you are. It seems to select one randomly when you log in. I've 
got two computers side-by-side (using the same ISP/modem), and I can't even 
get them to log into the same Napster server. They see completely different 
song lists. :(
