Ahhh - someone spotted it - well done! The story goes (something) like this...
When Change was being prepped for release (which didn't ever happen) someone who shall
remain nameless was contracted to do a remix. Turned out it was pretty good (although
not much like the original), but on delivery the guy changed his terms. SS took
exception to this (a deal's a deal) and told him where he could stick his remix. The
End. Or so everyone thought. Until Judge Jules starts caning a new white label on his
radio show and John C happens to be listening - it was the Change remix released under
a different name. Legal battles ensue. BMG (Sunscreem's publisher) threatened action
against the publisher, artist, label, radio stations and anyone else who happened to
look a little bit suspect - and the resulting deal allowed the track to be released,
with the disclaimer you noticed, and a hefty wedge of cash going Essex-wards.
Trivia snippet - the vocals on the track (they might not be on that version) were done
by mr. Jules' wife.
