Lucia Holmes, from Maidstone, Kent, England, of half-Swedish parentage,
is the vocalist and programmer with this band, who developed an affinity
for the nether regions of the UK pop charts in the 90s. They have their
own Essex-based studio, and were touted as the first live band playing
rave music, scoring with singles such as "Luv U More" and "Perfect
Motion" (which went Top 20). Their version of Marianne Faithfull 's
"Broken English", performed live on television show The Word, also won
them admirers. The other main mover behind the band is technical guru
Paul Carnell, along with Darren Woodford, Rob Fricker and Sean Wright.
However, the aforementioned studio (in the building of which Carnell had
played a major role) brought them grief in 1993 when they left some of
their friends in charge while they went on holiday, returning to
discover that they had made use of their time by recording an album,
Panarama, for the Big Fish label.
the last few lines are something i've never heard of before. does anybody
have more information on this? Addddddddam? :)
