g'day :)
If anyone likes their trance laced with something a little stronger try
picking up a copy of the new Nukleuz cd "Big Room DJs", mixed by Mario Piu and
Nick Sentience. Both CD's start quite trancey (e.g. Delerium/Silence) and
fairly quickly up the tempo into hard house, but never getting too
"underground" for me at least! Stand out tracks include DJ Arabesque/The
Vision and Mauro Picotto/Komodo. Also included is Nick Sentience's own mix of
Storm/Time To Burn, which I featured on my last cd. Fantastic mix, _far_
better than the original IMHO! All in all a very welcome break from the flood
of "Greatest Ibiza Trance UK Garage Dance Hits In The World Ever 2002 Mixed By
Judge Jules" cd's currently clogging up the shelves ;-)
On a Non-Non-SS note (??) - did anyone else get a warm fuzzy feeling when they
saw the big stack of Sunscreem vinyl in the local HMV? If anyone did pick up a
copy on Acetate and liked the label's logo, I am available for commissions ;-)
I'll try and drag some more SS news out of John for y'all just as soon as I've
finished moving house...(boxes EVERYWHERE!)
