I'm trying to figure out if this is the intended behavior with the maildir-root branch.
When I get a new message in my inbox and mark it as spam, it also gets added to the archive folder. Looking briefly at the code, it looks like threads marked as spam or deleted skip the ensure_in_archive step (and the debug logs confirm this), but it must be getting added to the archive at some other point?
