This is a bug (I think) in recent version. Initially, these threads are not displayed because of sup's 20 message result limit. Re-running the query with @ pulls in all threads. I could be wrong about the above: I'm not looking at the code right now. All the messages have the inbox label. As I said in my other message, you just don't see it in the inbox view.
