They should be there. If they aren't they eithere aren't properly indexed, aren't referenced by the reply (reply is missing both In-reply-to and References -headers, there are evil mailclients out there which do this) or there's a bug in sup. > 6. It continues loading messages if you scroll further down. Once the loading is done scrolling should be instantaneous.
