I've picked up a few 64MB DIMMs for my S900 on ebay in the last several months, and
they have been pulls from 7300-9500 series Macs. As these older machines are taken out
of service and, often, parted out, I would expect to see supplies of their 168 pin
DIMMs to be pretty good for the next year or two. Prices also seem to be about half
now of what they were 6-8 months ago.
Incidently, I have found the site www.chipmunk.nl/dram, pointed out by several list
members over the past year, to be invaluable for making sure you are getting the right
DIMM.
