What happened next: I went back and checked the Stuffit #'s-they were in the area you people suggested. I went to Ancestor and started to redownload the plug-in they suggested for Census use-(I was in Navigator) and wouldn't you know the download was in the silly application Navigator can't handle--switched over to Explorer-downloaded-opened properly-placed on harddrive and it all went as its suppose too. Now I have to figure out what the plug-in is suppose to do. Thank You. Bill Smith
