Hello everyone - I'm looking to find a "Comm Slot" Ethernet card for my c600. There are several available on Ebay at good prices.
The cards up for auction on Ebay don't specifically mention the c600 series (although they DO often state that the card in question will fit in a Performa 6400 or 6500, which I *think* uses the same design). They usually just say "original Comm Slot" or "Comm Slot II". So -- I'm wondering *which* type of Comm Slot the c600 series uses? Is it the "original" Comm Slot design? Or is it the later "Comm Slot II" design? I checked the c600 manual, and while it shows illustrations of compatible and non-compatible Comm Slot cards, it DOESN'T specifically state which version (i.e., "original" or CS II") that is appropriate. Can anyone provide a definitive answer? Thanks, - John -- SuperMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
