It's a big download but why don't you download the 9.1 update from Apple's web site or ftp site? Hmm, the !@##$#%s seem to have taken it off their ftp site, but the text file they kindly left in it's place points one at http://www.info.apple.com/validate/agree.taf?item=91 I used the 9.1 update downloaded from Apple and it works fine in all my S900s without any gymnastics.
