Adrian,
Here are the extensions and where to get them:
1) All the extensions whose names start with "OpenGL", version 1.2.2 or
newer (these are the scarce ones; I don't know what to tell you, except
to mooch them from someone running 9.2. Sorry. (I run 9.0.4, and mooched
them myself.).
2) All the extensions called "QuickDraw" or "QD3D". For these, it
appears the ones in OpenGL 1.2.1 (available free at apple.com, easily
found through versiontracker.com) will do.
Obviously, trash your current OpenGL and QuickDraw extensions when you
install the new ones. (One handy way to keep the old sorted from the
new, I've found, is to use "Label" to make all your new ones the same
color (bright red "hot" and baby blue "cool" work especially well for
this).
